Design Inspiration / The Back Story:
This display font series called “WIRED” was inspired by a gym’s neon strip light sign. It was further developed based on the structure of bent wire and an existing font called “Courier New”. It explores the hooks and loops that are created when bending a piece of wire, as well as the 3D relationship of the strokes as they overlap.
